Here is our happy Suzie Homemaker , joyfully tossing a salad! I'm building a collection of retro recipe cards, so you can print them up for yourself or to give as gifts. Enjoy! - Judy
This is something I've not done before - using vintage images to create scrapbook papers! I am pleased with the results, and want to share them, so you can create with these beautiful images. - Judy
Here is a variation on the pencil box I shared last week; this one is for pen tips. I think it would be a great trinket box. I am also posting the original graphic used on this box on my other blog: The Graphics Diva. Have fun! - Judy
How fun is this?! A sweet little box for trinkets, to make and give as a gift, party favor, or to keep for yourself and fill with tiny treasures! Please let me know if you enjoy this project. You can also download the original topiary graphic from my other blog, The Graphics Diva. - Judy
I designed this pencil box using a sweet little "Dove Pencils" vintage advertisement. This would be perfect to make as a gift, or make several and use and party favors. Whatever you craft with this will be a hit! Note: You can download the dove graphics here.- Judy
Here's a really fun paper craft: a Little Red Schoolhouse treat box for kids! I've put basic instructions right on the downloadable image, so it should be easy to assemble. And, the little girls in the doorways can be cut out to play with. Remember to right-click the images and choose: Open Link in New Window, so you can download the full-size templates. Have fun! - Judy
Please excuse me if I'm proud of this one: I designed and created this card just in the last few hours. I'm very pleased to share it with you The card is in two parts: one outside, and one inside. Cut open the windows with a craft knife, and they can be folded open to reveal the little ladies' faces. Using a craft knife or scissors, cut the door of the castle on each side, one halfway down the middle, the other halfway up the middle, following the printed lines, so you can close the card by sliding the doors over eachother at the cuts. The matching envelope has a little round image that you may use to seal the envelope; for extra strength, you might want to cover it with a little clear adhesive plastic.. Let me know if you have any questions about how to assemble it. Have fun! - Judy
P.S. - get the original Poppy and Rose graphics here: http://thegraphicsdiva.blogspot.com/2013/07/vintage-graphics-flower-girls-poppy-rose.html
These are fun to make, and even more fun to give! The picture on the outside is complete only when the card is closed, kind of like a jigsaw puzzle. Enjoy! - Judy
How often do you purchase a gift card, and wish you had just the right sleeve to put it in?Now you can easily print your own! I've designed a template for such a sleeve, and included one with a sweet little bird design on it.
This is a template for a trifold card, which I have made both with and without a cutout window, and a matching envelope. These would work well with many of the vintage graphics here. Have fun! - Judy
Here is a truly delightful old paper toy from 1907: "The Twelve Magic Changelings." I've made the first one, Mary and her Lamb, and placed it in a dollhouse I made for my daughter. I love the old-fashioned style; I've never seen anything else like it. Enjoy! - Judy
P.S. - I've copied the original instructions, and included the book cover as well. :-)
Great for a gag gift, or as a treat box - or make a pair to hang from the rearview mirror in your car!
I'm including the blank cube template below so you can design your own boxes. - Judy
Here is a box to store your playing cards in. You can use the blank template to design your own, or use the ready-made box to store my vintage card designs in. Have fun! - Judy
These printables were designed with dollhouses in mind, so they're scaled to print fairly small, but with clear details. I've included one wall with a built-in faux shelf, one without, and another without the baseboards, to give you more choices in your crafting. Enjoy! - Judy
